We gave this condo a bit of a refresh. We replaced the dark wood laminate and original builder-grade tile in the kitchen with a lighter color tile throughout. That brightened space as well as visually expands it. We kept the cabinets. However, we replaced the dark builder-grade granite countertops with a beautiful natural stone and tied it all together with a travertine stone backsplash. We also lowered the bar height countertop to a breakfast bar height for a more updated look and open feel.
